Fire-resistant ironworks include aeration doors, smoke vents, permanent partition walls, post and beam facades, glass roofs and technical windows. Depending on clients’ needs, our constructions can have fire resistance class from EI15 to EI120 and glass roofs – REI20/RE30.

SMOKE VENTS

The installation of smoke vents is particularly important in buildings where many people stay. Thanks to smoke vents, the heat accumulated during a fire inside the building is quickly discharged outwards, which facilitates evacuation.

 

AERATION DOORS

Aeration of the interior of the building is a necessary operation of efficient fire systems and smoke exhaust installations, i.e. removal of heat, hot air and toxic gases that gather during a fire from passageways and staircases. The provision of an appropriate volume of fresh air is necessary to ensure safety of people staying in the building.

Alsal is a manufacturer of automatically-opened smoke exhaust, aeration and ventilation windows. For manufacturing of these elements we use mainly profiles of insulated window systems equipped with electric servo-motors of renown manufacturers. The number of moto-servers and their types are selected depending on the required area of smoke exhaust, size, shape and location of the window.

Alsal is a manufacturer of glass roof coverings based on post and beam facades of ei fire-resistance. For manufacturing of these elements we use special facade profiles with an appropriate number of special inserts that decide about fire-resistance of aluminium elements in accordance with the guidelines of product documents. Elements of ei fire resistance are manufactured and assembled strictly as per technical approvals and guidelines of the building research institute for these elements.

 

The maximum allowed sizes of elements of fire resistance, construction divisions, type and thickness of fillings, etc. are strictly defined by relevant documents (technical approvals, etc.).

Each element of EI fire resistance is smoke-tight.

Manufacturing and assembling of elements of EI fire resistance takes place strictly as per technical approvals and guidelines of the Building Research Institute for these elements.
